Rougelle (“we”, “us”) runs this online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the store or buy from us, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and the messages you send us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, how you reached the store and what you add to your cart, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns, refunds and warranty requests.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you emails about your order and, if you subscribed, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To measure and improve the store and our advertising (for example with Google Analytics and Google Ads).

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store (Shopify privacy policy).
  • Payment providers, to process your payment.
  • Our fulfillment partner and carriers, to prepare and deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising partners such as Google, to understand how the store is used and show you relevant ads.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain US state laws; you can opt out as described below.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, measure traffic and personalize ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and through our cookie banner, where available.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your data. To make a request, email us at rougelle.contact@gmail.com. We will verify your request and answer within the time required by law, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights. You can also use the “Your privacy choices” link at the bottom of the store when it is shown.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed for your order, our legal and accounting obligations, and to handle returns or warranty claims. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Security and international transfers

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online transmission is 100% secure. Our team and service providers may process your information outside your state or country, including in the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
