Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping
Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to the United States.
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery time: 7 to 10 business days from your order. The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Tracking: your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Taxes: applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, holidays) or because of carrier delays.
Shipping address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can update it until your order ships. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Late, lost or damaged package
- If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email us with your order number: we’ll investigate with the carrier and resend your order or refund you.
- If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the product: we’ll send a replacement.
