1. Overview

This online store is operated by Rougelle. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products

HALO 7 is a cosmetic LED light device for at-home skincare. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and depend on regular use. Always follow the user manual and precautions. Do not use HALO 7 if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, are photosensitive, take photosensitizing medication or have a suspicious skin lesion, and ask your doctor if in doubt. Product photos and colors are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly on your screen.

4. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Crossed-out prices are our regular reference prices. Promotions such as Black Friday pricing, free gifts and bonuses are available for a limited time, while supplies last, and may change or end without notice. We may correct any pricing or description error, including after an order is placed; in that case we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, an error, or unavailable stock; you will then be refunded in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, the 60-day money-back guarantee and the 1-year warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are honest and yours, and you allow us to use them to present our products. We may decline or remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store (brand, logo, texts, photos, designs) belongs to Rougelle or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means, placing fraudulent orders or infringing anyone’s rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rougelle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
